MN Foodshare The Community Action Center (CAC) in Northfield runs its largest annual food and fund drive during the Minnesota FoodShare March Campaign. This drive is critical for stocking the food shelf, with donations of food, funds, or hosting a drive helping to trigger matching grants. The March Campaign is essential for the Northfield community, providing up to half of the annual food budget for the local food shelf. Drop off food donations in the box near the sanctuary, or make checks payable to NUMC and indicate Foodshare in the memo line.
Camp Minnesota offers cutting edge summer camp experiences for all ages and interests, high quality space for retreats, meetings and conferences, delicious meal service, and warm hospitality. Contact Pastor Donna for information about camperships.
Brian Carson and Catherine Rodland will join together in a performance of Marcel Dupré’s masterpiece, The Stations of the Cross, at Boe Chapel, Saint Olaf College, in Northfield. The performance will take place at 7pm on Monday, March 16.
Inspired by poems of Paul Claudel, which will be read by Mahalia Marcellin, there will also be a simultaneous visual presentation of 200 works of art from antiquity through the present day, a collection assembled by Lucy Durkin, retired adjunct faculty in Art History at the Eastman School of Music, Rochester, NY.

Climate Action This Week Be mindful of all of your water consumption and find ways to reuse your greywater if feasible. For example, use the glass of water you didn’t finish, cooled cooking water, or dishwashing water for houseplants or the garden. Save water, protect watersheds, and grow a beautiful landscape. Northfield UMC Youth Group (current grades 6-12) NUMC Youth Group includes time for fun and recreation, community building games and activities, a mini-lesson to help our young people connect to God in everyday moments, and time for supporting and celebrating each other through our highs and lows.
Youth Group is Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm unless otherwise noted.

Weekly Youth Lenten Reflection: What's in your Well?(John 4:1-14) Identify your well: What are you trying to fill your life with: social media, material things, activities...? Which of these things actually bring you joy or peace, and which ones just leave you drained or empty. Run your hands under a faucet of running water, and as you do ask God to help you focus more on what brings you joy and peace and to start to let go of things that don't.
Youth Scripture Readers The 2nd Sunday of the Month we ask for a youth to read Scripture during the 9:30am worship service. This is a great opportunity to connect with our church family, practice public speaking, and volunteer for our church.
